Manpower outsourcing, also known as staff augmentation or contingent workforce, is a practice where a company or organization hires an external company or agency to provide temporary or permanent staff to perform specific tasks, functions or projects.
This external company, also known as a staffing agency, is responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, and training employees who will work for the client company. The client company does not have to bear the responsibility of managing these employees, as the staffing agency handles all administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits, and taxes.
