• Clean and maintain Vending Machines, water Coolers, refrigerators, microwave Ovens, etc.
• Refill Vending machines and replace water bottles when required.
• Service of tea / Coffee /snacks / water as per SOW at the desk of all staffs and visitors.
• Washing & Cleaning of Mugs.
• Keep the pantry area in clean and hygienic condition.
• Replace all disposable glasses at water points.
• Fill Water bottles and place them at workstations.
• Maintain Daily Consumption Report.
  Switch ON and Switch OFF the equipments as required.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Department for cleaning requirements, for spillage, cleaning of workstations of beverage stains, etc.
• Heat and serve the snacks and eatables brought by staff whenever req.
• Requisition of refills, disposables, vending premixes, etc.
• Preparing Consumption and Inventory Report of all consumables and presenting the same to Management.
• Inventory of all major & minor Equipment, crockery, and cutlery.
• VIP Services.
• Coordinate with Administration/ receptionist for requirements of beverage service to visitors.
